pullCUBE creates new opportunities for any construction area in the world. Instead of being limited in profile length today by transportability, pullCUBE can produce in place and thus create any length required. E.g. a bridge may now have structural elements in full length as per requirement.
pullCUBE is using a segmented gripper technology for the assisted startup of pultrusion processes. This enables a single operator to realize a startup with dry fibers until the cured profiles reaches the gripper unit. This all happens with reduced waste by 70 % due to pullCUBE’s length of 3.5 meters, in comparison to state of the art pultrusion machines with a length of at least 15 meters.
In pultrusion, the process is repeatedly stopped for 10 to 20 seconds to clean the tool from adhesions. Unfortunately, these parts are often out of tolerance and not usable. pullCUBE does not require a purge cycle. This makes it the most cost efficient and sustainable system on the market. Depending on the profile, you can save i.e. 144.000 euros per year (10 € per part, purge every 20 minutes, 3 shifts, 200 days).
